Qingyunti provides VPN and proxy acceleration services designed to help users access internet content securely and reliably. The service is delivered via subscription, including free trial, monthly and annual plans.
Using the service requires a registered account with a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Transferring your account or sharing login details with unknown third parties is prohibited.
You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only, including accessing overseas websites and applications, protecting your network security on public Wi-Fi, and streaming content. You must not use the service for any illegal activity, harassment or infringement of third-party rights.
The following are strictly prohibited: using the service for illegal purposes; attempting to breach, attack or disrupt networks or systems; distributing malware; unauthorised data scraping; and any action that damages our service infrastructure.
Payment is collected at the time of subscription. Plans do not renew automatically after expiry. If you experience an unresolvable technical issue, contact support to request a refund evaluation. We do not offer satisfaction-based refunds — please use the free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing.
We strive to provide stable, around-the-clock service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Node maintenance, network environment changes or force majeure events may cause brief interruptions for which we accept no liability.
All intellectual property related to the Qingyunti brand, content, technology and service is owned by us. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our content without explicit authorisation is prohibited.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
